VisaPass is a private company and is not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. You may apply directly through the official government portal at no extra service fee.
About VisaPass
Is VisaPass a government website?
No. VisaPass is a private company and is not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. You may apply directly through the official government portal at no extra service fee — we link to it on every destination page and result.
Then why use you?
Guided forms in plain English, a human check before submission, photo checks, one status timeline, multi-traveler orders and real support. If you’re comfortable with the official portal, applying directly is cheaper.
Which documents do you handle?
eVisas and ETAs (electronic travel authorizations) for the destinations we list. No passport renewals or embassy/sticker visas yet.
Do you sell arrival cards like Thailand’s TDAC, Malaysia’s MDAC or the SG Arrival Card?
No. Those are free official forms designed for travelers to complete themselves. We list them as free guides with a link to the official site and never charge for them. Be careful with websites that charge a fee to submit them.
Fees & refunds
What am I paying for?
Two separate things: the government fee (passed through at cost, shown as an estimate until confirmed) and the VisaPass service fee (platform, expert review, submission, support). Both appear as separate lines before you pay.
What if my application is denied?
The decision belongs to the government. Government fees are generally non-refundable once submitted. Our service fee is non-refundable once we’ve submitted, but refundable if we haven’t started review. With Denial Shield, we provide one free re-apply assistance on eligible denials (you pay the government fee again).
What is VisaPass+?
An annual membership: $59/yr for one traveler or $99/yr for up to 5. Unlimited Standard service fees on eVisas and ETAs, 20% off Rush/Super Rush and priority support. Government fees still apply per trip.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes — the Family pack takes 15% off service fees for 2–5 travelers on the same order, automatically.
Speed & processing
Does Rush make the government faster?
No. Rush and Super Rush only prioritize VisaPass review and submission. Government authorities set their own timelines.
Can you guarantee approval or a date?
No. Approvals and denials are solely at the discretion of the issuing authority. Listed processing times are estimates under normal conditions and are not guarantees.
When should I apply?
Standard is ideal 7–14+ days before travel. Rush suits departures in ~3–7 days; Super Rush is for last-minute trips — but even then, the government may take longer.
Eligibility data
Where do the eligibility results come from?
A manually maintained data file compiled from official government pages, with a “last checked” date per destination. We don’t scrape government sites live, and you should always confirm on the official portal.
My passport isn’t listed.
The checker covers 199 passports. If yours is missing or a rule looks wrong, contact us and we’ll check manually.
Privacy & security
What happens to my passport data?
It is used solely to prepare and submit your application. Before checkout, the apply form saves only on your device. After purchase, you complete the application in your secure account; documents are stored outside the public web and kept only as long as our Privacy policy says.
Who processes payments?
Payments are processed by Whop, our payment platform, on its secure checkout. We receive your name, email, the amount and a payment reference, never your full card number.
