1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and VisaPass (operating company to be named), a private company whose full legal name and business address will be published here before online checkout opens (“VisaPass”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use visapass.store, buy a service from us, or use your VisaPass account. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.
You must tick a box to accept these Terms before we start work on your order. We record the version you accepted, the time, your IP address and browser.
2. Who we are: not a government agency
VisaPass is a private visa-assistance service, not affiliated with any government. You can apply directly with the government for the official fee only.
VisaPass is a private application-assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy or consulate, and we do not issue visas or travel authorizations. Government names and portals are mentioned only to identify the official channel. Every destination page links to the official portal where you can apply yourself.
3. What the service includes
For each order, and for the destinations we support, VisaPass provides:
- a secure online account with a guided application form and document upload;
- eligibility information and a specialist review of your answers, photo and documents before anything is filed;
- submission of your application through the official government channel on your behalf, and payment of the government fee on your behalf;
- status tracking in your account and email updates;
- delivery of the resulting document (for example an approval PDF) to your account, with an email when it is ready;
- support by email and in-account messages.
We do not provide legal or immigration advice, guarantee approval, speed up government processing, or handle embassy (sticker) visas unless a destination page says so.
Free official forms. Some governments offer free forms that travelers are meant to complete themselves, such as Thailand’s Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), Malaysia’s Digital Arrival Card (MDAC), the SG Arrival Card and India’s e-Arrival card. We do not sell a submission service for these. Our guide pages only point you to the official, free site.
4. How the service is delivered
The service is delivered digitally. When your payment is confirmed we create your account and email you a personal, single-use sign-in link. You then complete the application in your account. The service is delivered when the resulting document is made available in your account (or, if the authority refuses the application, when we notify you of the decision).
To deliver, secure and evidence the service we keep records of your order: account sign-ins, pages viewed in your account, form saves, uploads and downloads, emails we send you, status changes and delivered files, each with a timestamp, IP address and browser information. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete information that matches your passport, and answer every question truthfully.
- Use a passport with the validity the destination requires (often 6 months beyond arrival).
- Reply to our requests for information or documents promptly; delays on your side can delay submission.
- Check your delivered document as soon as you receive it and tell us within 48 hours if any detail is wrong.
- Keep your sign-in links and password private.
- Meet all other entry requirements (onward travel, funds, health, customs). An approved eVisa or ETA does not guarantee entry: the border officer decides.
6. Your authorization
When you submit your application in your account you authorize VisaPass (operating company to be named) to prepare and submit it to the official government channel on your behalf, to communicate with the authority about it, and to pay the government fee from the amount you paid. If you apply for other travelers on the same order, you confirm you have their permission (or are their parent or legal guardian).
7. Fees and payment
Each order shows two separate fee types before you pay:
- Government fee: set by the issuing authority and passed through at cost. It is shown as an estimate and confirmed before submission. If the confirmed fee is higher, we contact you before submitting and you may pay the difference or cancel for a full refund. If it is lower, we refund the difference.
- VisaPass service fee: for the platform, specialist review, submission, tracking and support, plus any speed upgrade (Rush / Super Rush), Denial Shield or VisaPass+ membership you choose.
Payments are processed by Whop, our payment platform, on its secure checkout; your payment is also subject to Whop’s terms. Prices are in US dollars. We never receive your full card number.
8. Processing times and decisions
Processing times shown are estimates. Rush / Super Rush only prioritize VisaPass review and submission. Government authorities set their own timelines and make the final approval decision. VisaPass cannot guarantee approval or a specific issue date.
Listed processing times are estimates under normal conditions and are not guarantees. Approvals and refusals are solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a refund of the service fee at any time before we submit your application to the government. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority. The full rules, including Denial Shield, are in our Refund Policy.
10. VisaPass+ membership
VisaPass+ is an annual membership ($59 per year for one traveler, $99 per year for up to 5 travelers) covering the Standard service fee on unlimited applications for supported destinations for the named traveler(s), 20% off Rush and Super Rush, and priority support. Government fees are paid per application. It is for personal travel only and may not be resold or shared. Renewal and cancellation are managed through Whop; you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
11. Questions, complaints and payment disputes
If something is wrong, please contact us first at hello@visapass.store or through your account. Most issues are resolved within one business day. If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, we will provide the payment platform and its processors with the records of the service you received (your order, acceptance of these Terms, account activity, our communications and the documents delivered) so they can review it.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to submit false or misleading information, apply on behalf of someone without their permission, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order (refunding in line with the Refund Policy) if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an attempt to deceive an authority.
13. Intellectual property
The website, software, text and design belong to VisaPass (operating company to be named) or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We perform the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, the service is otherwise provided “as is”, and VisaPass (operating company to be named)’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the service fees you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed travel, accommodation or other costs resulting from government decisions, delays or rule changes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operating company is formed (to be published before online checkout opens), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that state have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version you accepted applies to orders you placed under it. If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
