VisaPass is a private company and is not a government agency, embassy, or consulate. You may apply directly through the official government portal at no extra service fee.

1. The short version
- Not submitted yet? Full refund of the service fee. Cancel any time before we submit your application to the government.
- Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority. That is the authority’s rule, not ours.
- After submission the service fee is non-refundable because the work has been done, unless a refusal was caused by our error.
- Denial Shield (optional) gives you one free re-application assistance on eligible refusals.

3. Denial Shield terms
Denial Shield costs $9.99 per ETA traveler and $19.99 per eVisa traveler, chosen at checkout. It is a service guarantee, not insurance.
- What you get: if the authority refuses an application we submitted for a traveler covered by Denial Shield, we prepare and submit one new application for the same traveler and destination with no VisaPass service fee, including a specialist review of the refusal reasons. Request it within 60 days of the refusal.
- What you still pay: the government fee for the new application.
- Not covered: refusals caused by false, incomplete or inconsistent information you gave or failed to disclose; criminal, security or previous immigration grounds; a passport that is invalid, damaged or does not meet validity rules; nationalities not eligible under the official rules; applications you cancel; or a destination suspending its program.
- The Denial Shield fee is refundable only if you cancel the order before we submit it. It does not cover flights, hotels or other travel costs.
4. VisaPass+ membership
You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. We refund a membership payment in full if you ask within 14 days of the purchase or renewal and have not started an application under it. Otherwise membership payments are not refunded pro rata.
5. How to request a refund
Send a message from your order page in your account, or email hello@visapass.store with your order number (VP-…). We confirm within within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
6. Before you open a chargeback
Please contact us first: it is faster than a bank dispute, and we will fix genuine problems. If a dispute is opened, we share the records of the service you received with our payment platform as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.
